I love making juice and smoothies fro breakfast. Unfortunately I don't have a juicer but I do have a blender. My favourite at the moment is pineapple juice, fresh ginger chopped up, blueberries and two tablespoons of plain natural yoghurt.
This is very refreshing and keeps you satisfied.
I also love carrot juice but have to be happy with the store bought variety juice. i will get a juicer soon.
